Tendful is a preventive workplace wellbeing platform that provides daily mood check-ins, team insights, and personal wellbeing analytics. By using Tendful, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tendful. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including creating fake accounts, posting abusive or harassing content in check-ins or comments, or attempting unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Disclaimers

Tendful is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or mental health service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Tendful as a substitute for professional medical or psychological support.

4. Liability and Availability
Tendful is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may include both free and paid features. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or zero if you use the service at no cost.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
